World Teacher’s Day

World Teacher’s Day, also known as International Teacher’s Day, is celebrated on 5 October, every year, in about a hundred nations across the globe. This year, the theme is ‘The Transformation of Education Begins with Teachers’. The day is observed to honour the contribution of teachers all over the world towards their students and to spread awareness among teachers to fulfill the needs of students.
