Every year, World Sleep Day is observed globally on the third Friday of March. This year, World Sleep Day is being celebrated on 18 March, 2022. Lack of sleep can lead to several health issues. This day is marked to raise awareness about the importance of good sleep. It is necessary for everyone to have at least 7-8 hours of sleep, so that our bodies can rest and rejuvenate.
