The sky’s the limit

Pratiksha Tondwalkar, started her career as a sweeper at a Mumbai branch of the State Bank of India (SBI), at the age of 20, following her husband’s death. Now 37 years later, she is working as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at SBI, due to her strong will and determination. While working at SBI, Tondwalker cleared her 10th and 12th examinations, and graduated in 1995, She was promoted as a clerk in SBI, and was elevated as a trainee officer in 2004, after clearing the banking exam. After that, she scaled various officer posts before becoming AGM in June, 2022.
