World Post Day is celebrated every year on 9 October. The day is celebrated to highlight the importance of postal services. The Indian Department of Post, the world’s largest postal system, will celebrate the National Postal week this year from 9th to 13th October. This year, the activities for the week will be in line with the theme, ‘Post for Planet, moving a step ahead’.
