World Heart Day was observed on September 29, to remind people to take care of their hearts. To keep our hearts in the pink of health, we should add barley, berries, mixed nuts, fatty fish and oatmeal to our daily diet. These five foods are extremely healthy for our heart and regularly keep our cholesterol under check.
