Did you know that the Government of India declared 12 January as the National Youth Day in 1984? Since then, India celebrates National Youth Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and to encourage the youth to take inspiration from his life. On this day, interested individuals participate in various educational and cultural activities.
