Parvathy Unnikrishnan, from Eroor, Kerala, has been learning tabla from the age of seven. Now, she has entered the India Book of Records, 2022, for playing tabla for the longest duration. The 10-year-old played the tabla in different layas for 46 minutes and 36 seconds on 19 January, 2022. She had also attended an online class by tabla maestro Anuradha Pal, during the Covid-19 lockdown.
