Electricity From Garbage

Taking inspiration from the ideas given by collector P. Madhusudhan Reddy, residents of Kanjirangal village of Sivanganga district in Tamilnadu, have started producing electricity from the waste produced by the village. They are set to get more waste from Sivaganga municipality to increase the production of electricity. In a world that is burning up non-renewable sources, sustainable alternatives should be encouraged and promoted.
