About the Author

Rajani Thindiath, Editor-in-Chief of Tinkle, is a storyteller and editor with over 14 years experience in children’s publishing. On taking over as Editor of Tinkle comics magazines and books in 2011, she has overseen the transition of Tinkle to its latest avatar which appeals to the readers of today

Terms and Conditions:

A. ACK Media shall retain all rights, title and interest in its patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade name, trade dress, service marks and trade secrets and/or creations, model, data, flow chart, drawing, design, diagram, table, artwork, innovation or any other information or material (hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights") at all times.

B. The subscribers shall not share their credit card details with any member of ACK Media or Mcdonalds.

C. This offer is not absolute and ACK Media may at its own discretion accept the subscription or reject it.

D. The subscribed Tinkle Magazine shall be sent through post at the address so provided, hence ACK Media shall not be liable if the subscriber provides a wrong or incomplete address. Addresses without pin code and landmark shall be considered as incomplete.

E. This card is non-redeemable non-transferable and can’t be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other purchases. (if there’s going to be a card or voucher)

F. This offer cannot be combined or clubbed with other offers and can only be redeemed once per customer.

G. All subscribers are required to read and understand the terms and conditions properly before entering into any transaction.

H. This offer is not valid on any other books, magazines or products of ACK Media.

I. ACK Media reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this offer, with or without any reason.

J. The decision of ACK Media in all matters shall be final and binding.

K. This offer is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

L. Any dispute under this offer shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by ACK Media. The language of Arbitration shall be English and Place of Arbitration shall be Mumbai. The decision of Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.

M. The territory shall be select stores (only in South and West India ) in India.

N. Only customers coming to McDonalds in those particular stores shall get this offer.

O. In case ACK Media is unable to deliver, ACK Media shall try to send replacement copies. No refund shall be offered on the monies paid by the customer.

P. The subscribers cannot cancel the subscription after subscribing.
